We are closing both offices today because of the snow. Will re-assess again this evening. We are all working remotely so still available to take calls should you need.
From Monday 4th January, we are opening both offices Monday – Friday, 8.45am to 12pm for drop-off and collection of books and records, by prior arrangement. Please call ahead on your usual office number.
The new Tier 4 announcements have meant that we have asked our staff to work from home, unless they have to come into work. We will therefore be “manning” both offices with a skeleton staff level.
We constantly update our risk assessments and have put in place precautions to best protect you, our clients and visitors and staff. These precautions extend to screens at both reception areas and hand-sanitisation stations throughout the offices. We have been able to e-meet with clients throughout the crisis using both Microsoft Teams and Zoom and will continue to do this for the foreseeable. We do not intend to host any face to face meetings, this is in an effort to minimise contact, protect you and our staff and restrict the spread of the virus.
