As a business we invest heavily at the Trainee level, from school leavers to Semi-Senior accountants; they are all key to our success.

Why are you so important to us?

We see our Trainees as our Managers and Partners of the future. We nurture all areas of your development, supporting you through your professional qualifications AAT, ACA, ACCA as well as other areas including IT, communication and business skills.

How do we do it?

As a Trainee here you will be assigned a mentor who will be responsible for your ‘on the job’ training. They will be an experienced and qualified accountant, and they will also have received external training to enable them to train you effectively.

You will be amongst peers

No stuffy offices full of ‘typical accountants’. We have a lot of other Trainees of varying levels to help support you and to ensure you feel comfortable from the minute you start.

Semi-seniors

If you have got a minimum of 4 years public practice experience and nearing half way through your professional accountancy exams then you could join us as a semi-senior accountant. This is a pivotal level in your career and one we treat with huge importance. It should see you make the transition to Senior Accountant and qualifying with your ACA or ACCA.

Graduates

Most graduates interested in accountancy will gravitate towards Top 10 firms, however a regional firm is a fantastic platform to get all-round training both technically and commercially. We consider graduates from a variety of degrees, but it is generally most suited to those that have completed their studies in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Maths, Sciences, Engineering or Economics. Successful candidates will go on our graduate accelerate scheme which will progress you at a rate in-line with your academic achievement.

Apprentices/School leavers

If you are looking for a rewarding career and have completed your A levels or hoping to start an apprenticeship then joining our team could be the answer. We support professional qualifications and on the job training with the added bonus of earning while you learn.
