Cutting staff inevitably affects the quality of service being offered to clients – but in recent years Elsby & Co have worked hard to improve the quality of service, which means that we are steadily taking on new clients at all levels. We have invested heavily in improving our profile and have an enviable reputation in the local market.
In order to facilitate further strong growth we are looking for an additional Client Portfolio Manager. We will provide an existing portfolio of clients and would provide the opportunity to expand that portfolio further.
High quality service is of paramount importance to us so the successful applicant will not only be able to provide a friendly and efficient personal service to our clients but will have a commitment to going the extra mile and finding ways of improving the situation for our clients. An ability to develop good relationships with clients, other staff members and the wider business community is important, as is a generally positive outlook and pleasant disposition.
